If not properly addressed, stress and negative thinking drastically increases your risk of having high blood pressure, diabetes, depression and cancer. Our stress management services focus specifically on healing emotional triggers caused by past beliefs, negative thinking, negative behaviors and an overactive mind. Being healthy physically starts from within.

We here at Replenishing Soul believe that to be healthy, regardless of your goals, you need to be healthy in all aspects of your life including mind, body and spirit. Yoga is more than mastering postures and increasing your flexibility and strength. If you read and understand the true meaning of Yoga it means "A poise of the soul which enables one to look at life in all its aspects evenly" (Iyengar). Yoga helps to detoxify your body, lubricates joints, ligaments and tendons, massages the organs, tones the muscles and calms the mind, starting with your first class.
Yoga is the tool that connects what so many of you out there are looking for, the connection to self enlightenment and what truly makes you happy. It is through the physical component of yoga, specifically Asanas (postures - performed with steadiness and ease), and Pranayama (breath, life, energy) that self-realization is achieved. Self realization is achieved through the physical component because your attention must always and only be on "self". When you focus only on "self", self discovery begins and when self discovery begins healing begins both physically and emotionally.
The Yoga classes offered at Replenishing Soul will teach you both the principles of proper physical alignment and yogic philosophy which will help you break down the barriers that are holding you back form living a happy and healthy lifestyle.
Classes that we offer are:
Restorative Yoga - Restorative yoga is one of the most gentle styles of yoga. You will be taken through a series of poses that will aid digestion, promote relaxation and restore the vitality of your body and mind. Class begins and closes with guided mediation and yogic breathing techniques that will de-stress your body and calm your mind.
Intro to Vinyasa Flow - Taking your first yoga class with no prior experience can be overwhelming, that is why we developed Intro to Vinyasa Flow. Intro to Vinyasa Flow is designed for the beginner and is taught at a slower pace. You will be taken through each asana slowly, to help you learn the proper alignment of each pose, the synchronization of breath, modifications and use of props. You will build strength and flexibility that will prepare you for higher level flow classes and living a more conscious life.
Private/Semi-Private Yoga lessons - Every body is different and private yoga lessons are an invaluable way to learn how to approach poses safely with one on one instruction.
Our semi-private classes are for small groups of two to six people. It’s the perfect choice when getting a group of friends or co-workers together and work on getting healthy as a team. Classes like these are fun, motivating and still allow an opportunity for private instruction.
