Corrective Exercise Training Process
Evaluation
We design the program that’s right for you.
Unlike traditional personal training, we take into account the whole person when designing your exercise program. Your nutrition, level of emotional stress and quality of sleep are just some of the factors that determine the level of exercise intensity your body is capable of handling. It is with this information that is obtained during your nutritional and lifestyle assessment that we begin your exercise evaluation. Your program is designed after an extensive medical history review, in depth posture and faulty movement pattern assessment, measurement of spinal curves, range of motion testing, core assessments and specialized orthopedic testing when needed.

Program Review
We help you help yourself.
Once your individualized exercise program is developed, your program will be reviewed with you during two one on one coaching sessions. During these sessions, you will perform each prescribed exercise as we closely monitor your form and technique. Additional one on one coaching sessions may be added if needed.

Ongoing Guidance
We’re here for you.
To make sure you stay on track and motivated, we provide you with ongoing support through weekly phone consultations. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and discuss progress and work through obstacles you may be facing.

Re-Evaluation
Because of all of your hard work, your body will be changing and so will your exercise program. After completing your six week exercise program, an exercise re-assessment will be performed and a new program will be designed and reviewed with you.

Energy Building Exercises
We are taught that "working out" is important for good health but did you know that "working in" is just as important? Building internal energy is critical to supporting and repairing your organs, bones, ligaments, joints and hormones. Performing energy building exercises help to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, enhance your immune system, improve digestion, and help you get a better night's sleep. You will feel better by performing these exercises for just a few minutes a day.
