Intro to Vinyasa Flow

This on-going weekly class is for the beginner who wants to build a healthy and safe foundation in a Vinyasa flow practice.
-Come and learn the foundations of yoga

-This class will prepare you for higher level Vinyasa flow classes

Whether your goal is to lose weight, have more energy, anti-aging or prevention getting healthy and staying healthy is about having a body that is in balance. In this 6 week health series you will learn ways to balance your metabolism, hormones and digestive system and understand the effects food and water have on your body. In addition we will discuss myths about exercise, give you exercise tips and discuss the impact that emotional health has on your body and healthy living goals.
